I'm specifically looking for a provider that can state clearly that they can operate with a Mitel 3300. This is really critical because frankly I'm pretty new to the Asterisk VoIP world and I've been thrown into the Administrator role (how many times have you heard/experienced that?)
I'd like to use them as a provider as they seem to offer the best package for what our company really needs, but I'm concerned that they won't be able to provide me with the appropriate support later. But when I say "Hey, can you give me a configuration guide for Asterisk like you have for Avaya, Lync, Cisco, etc." they don't seem to be able to come up with anything. They -claim- to be " the premier Asterisk SIP Trunking provider", per the results page on a search (see below). Have any of you Spiceheads worked with Intelepeer to set up one of their SIP trunks for Asterisk? I am most of the way into a contract with these guys and I'm having serious second thoughts.
